This program is NOT about creating a fake mindset, it’s about creating a realistic shift in your thinking. Mindset coaching is ideal if you:

This 3-month coaching engagement includes:

  • One strengths and outlook assessment
    This is a great baseline for examining yourself and how you view the world

  • One 75-minute kickoff session
    We’ll go over your current reality, discuss the results of your assessment, and create a vision for where you want to be

  • Five 50-minute coaching sessions
    Deep, focused conversations and mindset exercises to explore challenges, celebrate progress, and build new strategies and habits

  • Positivity Quotient exercise & tracking

  • Between-session support
    Optional reflection exercises or check-ins to keep momentum between sessions

  • Resource library
    Articles, studies, book recommendations, and/or videos to support your learning and mindset shift
